These Terms of Service govern your use of our service Globally.
1. Your use of the Business Video Club
Information about You. In order to access certain services or Content on Business Video Club, you may be required to provide information about yourself such as your name, address and billing details. The information that we collect, including information obtained from third parties, is shared between ENP and its group companies to operate the Service. ENP’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when using Business Video Club. Any such information that you provide to ENP must always be accurate, correct and up to date. ENP may need to provide your personal information, such as your name and email address, to Providers for the purposes of processing your transactions and/or provisioning Content to you. ENP has agreed with Providers that they will use this information in accordance with their privacy policies.
When you become part of the Business Video Club, other members of the community will be able to see certain information about you. Members will see your name, photo, and posts you do in the BVC Networking platform.

Unauthorised Access to Accounts. You must keep your user details secure and must not share them with anyone else. You must not collect or harvest any personal data of any user of Business Video Club or of any user of other ENP Services via Business Video Club, including account names.
Disabled Memberships/Accounts. If Business Video Club disables access to your account in accordance with the Terms (for example if you violate the Terms), you may be prevented from accessing Business Video Club, your account details or any files or other Content that is stored with your account. You also may lose the right to use Content you have shared on the internet.
2. Membership - Business Video Club
Membership. The membership for the Business Video Club provides to the user full access to the platform, including BVC Networking and the video customization panel. Only a membership holder has this benefit, and to all other benefits, the Business Video Club may offer. We may limit, alter or suspend any offer and/or your use of the Service at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion. If we suspend your use of the Service, we will attempt to notify you by electronic mail. Suspension of your use of the Service will not affect your rights and obligations pursuant to this Terms of Service arising before or after such suspension.
Video Customization. We offer the possibility to create and customise video content, adding extra content, captioning, graphics, pictures, personal videos sent by the user, and anything else that would be necessary to implement a video and turn it to match the user's business needs.
Add-ons. All the add-ons added to the video, acquired in the video customization panel do not increase the membership subscription. Add-ons are a one-off payment.
Video Licence. All pieces acquired in the Business Video Club and Video Customization Panel, including the files sent by the user, become part of the licence provided through this Term and Conditions.
The licence of Use. Business Video Club provides a link to every video created and generated by its platform, which can be embedded to company’s website, social media, and offline use. Members have the right to use any video created or generated through Business Video Club during the membership period or after a minimum period of 1 year.
3. Terms and Conditions
The Service. The Service including but not limited to Business Video Club audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and the software and any material used to implement the Service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by ENP Multimedia and/or its licensors. The service is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. No portion of the Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. It is not allowed to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Service in any unauthorised way.
Compliance. If you fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement ENP Multimedia and its licensors, reserve the right to report, suspend, remove, or disable access to any content, or other materials that are offered by the Service without notice, and also legal actions.
4. Cancellation
Notice. If you choose to cancel your membership on Business Video Club, you must inform us of your decision, through email used on your membership account.
Cancelling your membership on Business Video Club suspends the access to membership benefits and videos immediately.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
Video Custom Panel. Every extra customization to the video has an additional cost. The prices are displayed on the Video Custom Panel area.
Pricing. The total price includes the membership plus any applicable VAT. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing us with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.
Payment Failure. If a payment is not successfully settled until the end of the membership period, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account on Business Video Club, we may suspend the access to your membership and right to the videos until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. After a valid payment information, the membership and videos become available up to 24 hours later.
Invoicing. All invoices are sent in an electronic format, which may include e-mail, PayPal receipt or a licensed partner receipt
Membership Cancellation. If you wish to cancel your membership, any refunds are proportional to the period left. Note that you lose all rights to use any video generated or created by Business Video Club automatically.
Price Changes. When you purchase a subscription, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe. If the price of the subscription increases later, Business Video Club will notify you. The increase will apply to the next payment due from you after the notice, provided that you have been given at least 10 days' prior notice before the charge is made. If you are given less than 10 days' prior notice, the price increase will not apply until the payment after the next payment due.
6. Rights and Restrictions
Use of Content. Following payment of the applicable fees for Content, you will have the non-exclusive right, for the content selected by you, subject to the restrictions set out in the Terms and associated policies. All rights, title and interest in Business Video Club and Content not expressly granted to you in the Terms are reserved by Business Video Club and its licensors. The Content generated whether by a new studio session or new Content for new videos, are under this terms and conditions, the user does not have the rights to the video files.
Violation of Membership Terms. If you violate any of the terms and conditions of the Terms, your rights under this membership will immediately terminate and ENP Multimedia may terminate your access to Business Video Club, the Content and/or your Business Video Club membership without refund to you.
Sale, Distribution or Assignment to Third Parties. You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, broadcast, transmit, communicate, modify, sublicense or transfer or assign any Content or your rights to Content to any third party without authorization including with regard to any downloads of Content that you may obtain through Business Video Club. Use of any tool or feature provided as an authorised part of Business Video Club (for example, “Social Sharing”) shall not violate this provision so long as you use the tool as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified and enabled by Business Video Club.
Capturing of Streams. You may not use Business Video Club or any Content in conjunction with any stream-ripping, stream capture or similar software to record or create a copy of any Content that is presented to you in streaming format.
Sharing. You may not use Content as part of any service for sharing, lending or multi-person use or for the purpose of any other institution, except as specifically permitted and only in the exact manner specified and enabled by Business Video Club (for example, through “Social Sharing”).
Security Features. You may not attempt to, nor assist, authorise or encourage others to circumvent, disable or defeat any of the security features or components, such as digital rights management software or encryption, that protect, obfuscate or otherwise restrict access to any Content or Business Video Club. If you violate any security feature, you may incur civil or criminal liability.
Proprietary Notices. You may not remove any watermarks, labels or other legal or proprietary notices included in any Content, and you may not attempt to modify any Content obtained through Business Video Club, including any modification for the purpose of disguising or changing any indications of the ownership or source of Content.
Removal or Unavailability of Content. Subject to the Terms, Content that you purchase will be available to you through Business Video Club for the period of your membership. In certain cases (for example, if Business Video Club loses the relevant rights, discontinues a service or Content is discontinued, breaches applicable terms or the law), Business Video Club may remove from your membership or cease providing you with access to certain Content that you have licensed. Business Video Club will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any such removal or cessation.
Effect of Refunds. If a refund of the purchase price of Content for any reason is issued to you, you will no longer have the right to access the relevant Content.
Dangerous Activities. None of the Services or Content are intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, life support systems, emergency communications, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems or any other such activities in which case the misunderstandings of information created by users/members could lead to death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage.
Changes to these Terms.
If the Terms change, you will be asked to accept new terms before you next purchase Content. Once you have accepted the new terms, they will apply to your use of all Content (including Content you have purchased in the past) and all subsequent purchases, until we notify you of further changes.
If you refuse to accept the updated terms then you will not be able to buy any further Content through Business Video Club, and the latest version of the Terms that you accepted will continue to apply to your use of Content.
7. Member-only Benefits
Partner Offers. Any offer provided by the Business Video Club has no connections to our operations, therefore, any question that might be raised shall be asked to the company which provides the offer.
Draw Prizes. By signing up for any BVC membership the user acknowledges that their membership fee is due to the services provided by the Business Video Club and does not guarantee in any way they will win a prize.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
